The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board, (CDCFIB) has released a vital update on the ongoing recruitment exercise to guide applicants appropriately.
In a statement e-signed by the secretary to the Board, AM Jubril (Maj Gen RTD), the board revealed that the recruitment portal will be closed on Friday, 7th November, 2025, advising all applicants to check and confirm their status at recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng before the portal is closed.
The board also revealed that the CBT will be conducted exclusively online starting on Wednesday, November 12 through Wednesday November 16. The Board consequently advised applicants to disregard previously allocated CBT centers.
According to the statement all applicants who have previously updated their profile with CBT centers are requested to visit the portal to select online CBT date and time.
While urging all applicants to ensure stable internet service on their devices to take the test, the board advised all applicants to follow the instructions on the examination slip to avoid disqualification, promising to publish the link for the online test on Tuesday, 11 November, 2025.
